Studio Thirty Three is a Southern California- based commercial property management company specializing in multi-family housing. Founded in 2025, the company was created to challenge the traditional landlord model and replace it with one rooted in respect, partnership, and community investment . We don’t just manage properties- we invest in people.

Our properties are not short-term investments. We own and manage for the long term, ensuring stability for residents and sustainable growth for neighborhoods.

Founder Story

Studio Thirty Three was founded by Monica Flores, a Southern California entrepreneur who has personally experienced the harm caused by neglectful, profit-driven landlords .

After witnessing how poor housing management can destabilize families, limit opportunity, and damage entire neighborhoods, Monica set out to build something different. A company that proves housing can be both financially sustainable and socially responsible.
